With decades of experience in healthcare leadership, Deborah Love served as a senior executive at Crozer-Keystone Health System, the largest employer and healthcare provider in Delaware County. Throughout her career, she helped guide strategic community health initiatives and oversaw programs that addressed both medical and social needs across the region.

Now retired from her full-time role, Deborah continues to serve the community as an active Board Member of the BPA. Her passion for service and deep connections throughout Delaware County make her a vital contributor to the organization’s mission. She remains committed to supporting local businesses, championing community wellness, and fostering meaningful partnerships.

Delco Alarm Systems is based in Aston, Pennsylvania. We have protected the community for over 40 years. We are a second-generation, family-owned company. Our team delivers high-quality installations with friendly, reliable service. Long-term relationships and local expertise guide everything we do.

We serve residential and commercial clients of all sizes. This includes homes, apartments, schools, and industrial facilities. We design custom security solutions using modern technology. Services include security systems, surveillance cameras, and fire alarms.

LeGault Mobile Notary Services (LMNS) is a registered Pennsylvania Notary Public. We are family owned and have served clients since April 2016.

LMNS offers a full range of notarial services. We provide a true one-stop solution, from signature verification to loan signings. As a fully mobile service, we come to you. This saves time and reduces stress. We work at your home, office, or another convenient location. Our goal is a smooth and professional experience every time.

Our primary role is to verify signer identity. This helps prevent fraud and protects the legality of your documents. LMNS is a Certified and Background-Screened Notary Signing Agent. We hold this certification through the National Notary Association. We have also been a member of the National Law Institute since 2016.

LeGault Financial Services (LFS) is a family-owned accounting firm serving clients since 2003. Led by a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Examiner, we support individuals, entrepreneurs, and small to mid-sized businesses nationwide.

Our mission is simple. We treat clients the way we want to be treated. That means expert guidance, personal attention, and flexible service options. We work in-office, online, or on-site.

LFS provides full-service business accounting and support. Services include business formation, licensing, bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll. We act as your back-office accounting department. This covers budgeting, bill payments, tax filings, and financial reporting. We also handle business tax preparation, compliance audits, and financial reviews. For over 75 years, McKinley Blacksmith served the region with custom metal fabrication and welding services. The business supported commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential clients.

As longtime owner, Jim McKinley built a reputation for craftsmanship and reliability. He believed in hands-on service and lasting relationships.

Now retired, Jim remains active in the BPA community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors. He has also held multiple terms as President. Jim brings leadership, historical insight, and steady guidance. His presence continues to strengthen the organization and the local business community.

Sofia Clinger is a respected former salon owner known for her personal approach to hair care. She built her reputation on full-service styling and genuine client relationships. Her commitment to quality and care made her a trusted presence in the local business community.

Now retired, Sofia remains active in community efforts. She currently serves on the BPA Board of Directors. Her passion for connecting people and supporting local initiatives makes her a valued leader across Delaware County.

Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz is a full-service accounting firm known for its expertise in business planning services and working with clients throughout the lifecycle of a business - from start-up through growth and even to a sale or a leadership transition. The firm's expertise extends to audit, accounting, tax, and management consulting services and the leadership has developed considerable knowledge in Pennsylvania and Federal campaign finance laws and compliance.
