With decades of experience in healthcare leadership, Deborah Love served as a senior executive at Crozer-Keystone Health System, the largest employer and healthcare provider in Delaware County. Throughout her career, she helped guide strategic community health initiatives and oversaw programs that addressed both medical and social needs across the region.

Now retired from her full-time role, Deborah continues to serve the community as an active Board Member of the BPA. Her passion for service and deep connections throughout Delaware County make her a vital contributor to the organization’s mission. She remains committed to supporting local businesses, championing community wellness, and fostering meaningful partnerships.

For over 75 years, McKinley Blacksmith was a trusted name in custom metal fabrication, welding repairs, and maintenance serving commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential clients across the region. As the longtime owner, Jim McKinley upheld a tradition of craftsmanship, reliability, and hands-on service.

Now retired, Jim remains an integral part of the BPA community, currently serving on the Board of Directors and having previously held multiple terms as President. His leadership, historical insight, and steady presence continue to shape the organization's growth and connection to the local business landscape.
