Throughout her career, she helped guide strategic community health initiatives and oversaw programs that addressed both medical and social needs across the region.

Now retired from her full-time role, Deborah continues to serve the community as an active Board Member of the BPA. Her passion for service and deep connections throughout Delaware County make her a vital contributor to the organization’s mission.
