We’re John and Chrissy Talbot, proud owners of Taste & Sea, a coastal-elegant seafood, steak, and libations restaurant in Delaware County, PA. With over 30 years in the restaurant industry, John served as Executive Chef at Creed’s Seafood and Steaks in King of Prussia for 22 years. Now, we’re bringing our family’s dream to life.

Our passion for exceptional food, fine wines, and warm hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. Taste & Sea is built on our love for rich flavors, quality ingredients, and memorable dining experiences—especially when it comes to expertly prepared seafood and steak.

With decades of experience in healthcare leadership, Deborah Love served as a senior executive at Crozer-Keystone Health System, the largest employer and healthcare provider in Delaware County. Throughout her career, she helped guide strategic community health initiatives and oversaw programs that addressed both medical and social needs across the region.

Now retired from her full-time role, Deborah continues to serve the community as an active Board Member of the BPA. Her passion for service and deep connections throughout Delaware County make her a vital contributor to the organization’s mission. She remains committed to supporting local businesses, championing community wellness, and fostering meaningful partnerships.

For over 75 years, McKinley Blacksmith served the region with custom metal fabrication and welding services. The business supported commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential clients.

As longtime owner, Jim McKinley built a reputation for craftsmanship and reliability. He believed in hands-on service and lasting relationships.

Now retired, Jim remains active in the BPA community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors. He has also held multiple terms as President. Jim brings leadership, historical insight, and steady guidance. His presence continues to strengthen the organization and the local business community.

Brandywine Prime: Modern American Dining in a Historic Setting

Located in the beautifully restored 1703 stone cottage in the heart of the Brandywine Valley, Brandywine Prime blends rustic charm with contemporary style. Just a short drive from Philadelphia, the Main Line, or Wilmington, this upscale yet relaxed restaurant offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere perfect for any occasion.

Led by Chef Jason Barrowcliff, the menu features contemporary American cuisine with a strong emphasis on dry-aged beef, fresh seafood, and locally sourced ingredients including organic produce from the chef’s own garden. The result is a thoughtful, seasonal menu rooted in tradition yet full of modern flavor.

The wine list is equally impressive, offering terrific selections at every price point to complement your meal. Private dining rooms accommodate groups from 10 to 96 guests, making it an ideal setting for intimate celebrations or corporate events.

Patrick J. McFadden, AIA is an Emeritus Member of the American Institute of Architects, a Registered Architect, and a Certified Building Code Official and Inspector.

McFadden Architects has had the privilege of serving as architect-of-record and designer for a wide range of building types across the tri-state region and beyond. The firm’s work includes new residential homes and additions, religious institutions, educational facilities and schools, commercial buildings, funeral homes, industrial facilities, and major office complexes.

With deep expertise in architecture and land planning, the firm also specializes in building code analysis and enforcement, accessibility compliance, and FEMA federal disaster recovery funding grant applications.

Notable projects include the first phase of the Pagano Funeral Home, the Minshall-Shropshire Funeral Home, and the McFadden personal residence. McFadden Architects also completed a series of projects for Saint Thomas the Apostle Parish, including a master plan, the new parish center and rectory, an education center addition, and consultation on the 1990 church design. Another example of the firm’s commercial work is the former IRC Office Building located at 53 Baltimore Pike in Chester Heights.

Sofia Clinger is a respected former salon owner known for her personal approach to hair care. She built her reputation on full-service styling and genuine client relationships. Her commitment to quality and care made her a trusted presence in the local business community.

Now retired, Sofia remains active in community efforts. She currently serves on the BPA Board of Directors. Her passion for connecting people and supporting local initiatives makes her a valued leader across Delaware County.
