With decades of experience in healthcare leadership, Deborah Love served as a senior executive at Crozer-Keystone Health System, the largest employer and healthcare provider in Delaware County. Throughout her career, she helped guide strategic community health initiatives and oversaw programs that addressed both medical and social needs across the region.

Now retired from her full-time role, Deborah continues to serve the community as an active Board Member of the BPA. Her passion for service and deep connections throughout Delaware County make her a vital contributor to the organization’s mission. She remains committed to supporting local businesses, championing community wellness, and fostering meaningful partnerships.

Now retired, Jim remains an integral part of the BPA community, currently serving on the Board of Directors and having previously held multiple terms as President. A respected former salon owner, Sofia Clinger built her reputation on delivering full-service hair care with a personal touch. Her dedication to quality service and genuine care for her clients made her a beloved figure in the local business community.

Now retired, Sofia remains deeply involved in community efforts and continues to serve on the BPA Board of Directors. Her passion for connecting people and supporting local initiatives makes her a valued leader and advocate throughout the Delaware County area.
