Now retired from her full-time role, Deborah continues to serve the community as an active Board Member of the BPA. For over 75 years, McKinley Blacksmith was a trusted name in custom metal fabrication, welding repairs, and maintenance serving commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential clients across the region. As the longtime owner, Jim McKinley upheld a tradition of craftsmanship, reliability, and hands-on service.

Now retired, Jim remains an integral part of the BPA community, currently serving on the Board of Directors and having previously held multiple terms as President. His leadership, historical insight, and steady presence continue to shape the organization's growth and connection to the local business landscape.

A respected former salon owner, Sofia Clinger built her reputation on delivering full-service hair care with a personal touch. Her dedication to quality service and genuine care for her clients made her a beloved figure in the local business community.

Now retired, Sofia remains deeply involved in community efforts and continues to serve on the BPA Board of Directors. Her passion for connecting people and supporting local initiatives makes her a valued leader and advocate throughout the Delaware County area.
