With decades of experience in healthcare and public service leadership, Deborah Love has dedicated her career to strengthening the well-being of Delaware County communities. She served as a senior executive at Crozer-Keystone Health System, the region’s largest healthcare provider and employer. In that role, she helped lead community health initiatives and oversaw programs that addressed both medical and social needs.

Deborah also served 12 years as an elected official, completing two terms as a Chadds Ford Township Supervisor from 2001 to 2013. During her tenure, she played an active role in local governance, community planning, and decisions that shaped the township’s growth, infrastructure, and quality of life.

Now retired from full-time executive leadership, Deborah continues her commitment to service as an active Board Member of the BPA. She brings a rare blend of healthcare expertise, public-sector leadership, and deep-rooted relationships across Delaware County. Deborah remains passionate about supporting local businesses, advancing community wellness, and fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.

Where History Meets Hospitality

Olde Ridge Village brings the past into the present. The land was once part of a 52-acre farmstead in the late 1800s. The original yellow farmhouse, built in 1869, still stands today. Only one outbuilding remains from the original property. The former wagon house features pegged rafters and a brick-and-stone foundation. It now serves as one of the Village Shoppes, home to GiggyBites Bakery for Dogs.

Ridge Road was once called Kaolin Road. It led to the Kaolin Works, known for exporting white potter’s clay worldwide. Early settlers helped shape the area, including William Brinton and Francis Chadsey. Chadsey’s son John founded the first ferry across the Brandywine, creating the name Chadds Ford.

By the early 1900s, Chadds Ford became a popular summer retreat. Artist Howard Pyle taught nearby and inspired the Brandywine School of Art. That tradition continued through three generations of Wyeths.

Today, the Brandywine Valley invites discovery. Scenic roads lead to inns, historic paths, and Olde Ridge Village Shoppes. Welcome to the Brandywine Valley. History lives here, and every visit tells a story.

Dr. Jill Pagliei earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences, graduating with honors. She is nationally board-certified in physiotherapy and holds an adjunctive procedures license, allowing her to utilize physical therapy modalities, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation techniques. Her undergraduate education was completed at Villanova University.

Dr. Pagliei is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a credential that demonstrates her ability to design and implement safe, effective fitness programs for athletes and active individuals.

She is certified in Active Release Technique (ART) for the spine and extremities. ART is a highly effective soft tissue treatment that helps resolve conditions such as headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and more.

To further support her patients’ structural health, Dr. Pagliei is a certified Postural Analysis Specialist in The Egoscue Method, a respected postural therapy system that uses gentle exercises to restore natural function and alignment.

Committed to healthy living, Dr. Pagliei actively teaches cycling and Silver & Fit classes at her local YMCA. Her holistic, patient-focused approach emphasizes personalized care in a warm, welcoming environment rooted in honesty, integrity, and compassion.

Her mission is to help each patient reach their highest level of function in sports, at work, and in everyday life.

For over 75 years, McKinley Blacksmith served the region with custom metal fabrication and welding services. The business supported commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential clients.

As longtime owner, Jim McKinley built a reputation for craftsmanship and reliability. He believed in hands-on service and lasting relationships.

Now retired, Jim remains active in the BPA community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors. He has also held multiple terms as President. Jim brings leadership, historical insight, and steady guidance. His presence continues to strengthen the organization and the local business community.
