With decades of experience in healthcare leadership, Deborah Love served as a senior executive at Crozer-Keystone Health System, the largest employer and healthcare provider in Delaware County. Throughout her career, she helped guide strategic community health initiatives and oversaw programs that addressed both medical and social needs across the region.

Now retired from her full-time role, Deborah continues to serve the community as an active Board Member of the BPA. Her passion for service and deep connections throughout Delaware County make her a vital contributor to the organization’s mission. She remains committed to supporting local businesses, championing community wellness, and fostering meaningful partnerships.

LeGault Mobile Notary Services (LMNS) is a registered Pennsylvania Notary Public. We are family owned and have served clients since April 2016.

LMNS offers a full range of notarial services. We provide a true one-stop solution, from signature verification to loan signings. As a fully mobile service, we come to you. Our primary role is to verify signer identity. This helps prevent fraud and protects the legality of your documents. LMNS is a Certified and Background-Screened Notary Signing Agent.
