In 1965, John P. Nolan opened Nolan Funeral Home at the site of his childhood home at 2316 Providence Avenue in Chester, Pennsylvania. As the business grew, John Nolan partnered with his long-time friend, Frank J. Fidale to form Nolan-Fidale to meet the funeral needs of the area's growing population.

John's daughter, Andrea H. Nolan, joined the family business in 1989, thus beginning the second generation of funeral directors. Andrea's husband, Ronald V. Bohenek, joined Nolan-Fidale as a funeral director in 2000. The Nolan family mourned the untimely death of their dear friend and partner Frank Fidale in 2003.

Andrea and Ron expanded the family business by opening our now main location in Bethel Township, Delaware County in 2005 with state of the art facilities and services.

Serving the surrounding community with warmth, professionalism and integrity has been a hallmark of the Nolan-Fidale name. In 2003, Charles joined his brother as Supervisor of the newly acquired Robert Moreland Funeral Home. The firm is now known as Moreland-Pagano Funeral Home.

Charles brings over 20 years of experience as a Funeral Director. He earned a strong reputation for skill and professionalism at local funeral homes. Colleagues and peers continue to hold his work in high regard.

A graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School, Charles has remained in Delaware County. He holds certificates from the American Academy in New York, New York. He is also certified by the Delaware County Board of Realtors in Springfield, Pennsylvania.

LeGault Mobile Notary Services (LMNS) is a registered Pennsylvania Notary Public. We are family owned and have served clients since April 2016.

LMNS offers a full range of notarial services. We provide a true one-stop solution, from signature verification to loan signings. As a fully mobile service, we come to you. This saves time and reduces stress. We work at your home, office, or another convenient location. Our goal is a smooth and professional experience every time.

Our primary role is to verify signer identity. This helps prevent fraud and protects the legality of your documents. LMNS is a Certified and Background-Screened Notary Signing Agent. We hold this certification through the National Notary Association. We have also been a member of the National Law Institute since 2016.

Dr. Jill Pagliei earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences, graduating with honors. She is nationally board-certified in physiotherapy and holds an adjunctive procedures license, allowing her to utilize physical therapy modalities, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation techniques. Her undergraduate education was completed at Villanova University.

Dr. Pagliei is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a credential that demonstrates her ability to design and implement safe, effective fitness programs for athletes and active individuals.

She is certified in Active Release Technique (ART) for the spine and extremities. ART is a highly effective soft tissue treatment that helps resolve conditions such as headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and more.

To further support her patients’ structural health, Dr. Pagliei is a certified Postural Analysis Specialist in The Egoscue Method, a respected postural therapy system that uses gentle exercises to restore natural function and alignment.

Committed to healthy living, Dr. Pagliei actively teaches cycling and Silver & Fit classes at her local YMCA. Her holistic, patient-focused approach emphasizes personalized care in a warm, welcoming environment rooted in honesty, integrity, and compassion.

Her mission is to help each patient reach their highest level of function in sports, at work, and in everyday life.

A Personal Commitment to Compassionate Care

I was born and raised in Delaware County and chose to remain here to raise my family and serve the community that shaped me. My journey began in 1992 at Robert Moreland Funeral Home in Trainer, where I gained the experience and insight that led me to establish Pagano Funeral Home.

In 1999, I purchased land at 3711 Foulk Road, just across from Booth’s Corner Farmers Market, and opened our doors in 2000. From the ground up, I designed the facility to be warm, accessible, and comforting with spacious rooms, a coffee lounge, a supervised children’s area, and the largest funeral parking area in Delaware County.

In 2009, we expanded our facility and added an on-site crematory, ensuring loved ones remain in our care at all times. We are fully licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and provide services 24/7 to meet the needs of all faiths and traditions.

We offer a wide range of services, including traditional funerals, cremations, pre-arrangements, out-of-state transfers, and graveside ceremonies. Our mission is to deliver personal, affordable, and meaningful services with compassion and integrity.
