Sofia Clinger is a respected former salon owner known for her personal approach to hair care. She built her reputation on full-service styling and genuine client relationships. Her commitment to quality and care made her a trusted presence in the local business community.

Now retired, Sofia remains active in community efforts. She currently serves on the BPA Board of Directors. Her passion for connecting people and supporting local initiatives makes her a valued leader across Delaware County.

For over 75 years, McKinley Blacksmith served the region with custom metal fabrication and welding services. The business supported commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential clients.

As longtime owner, Jim McKinley built a reputation for craftsmanship and reliability. He believed in hands-on service and lasting relationships.

Now retired, Jim remains active in the BPA community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors. He has also held multiple terms as President. Jim brings leadership, historical insight, and steady guidance. His presence continues to strengthen the organization and the local business community.

With decades of experience in healthcare leadership, Deborah Love served as a senior executive at Crozer-Keystone Health System, the largest employer and healthcare provider in Delaware County. Throughout her career, she helped guide strategic community health initiatives and oversaw programs that addressed both medical and social needs across the region.

Now retired from her full-time role, Deborah continues to serve the community as an active Board Member of the BPA. Her passion for service and deep connections throughout Delaware County make her a vital contributor to the organization’s mission. She remains committed to supporting local businesses, championing community wellness, and fostering meaningful partnerships.
